From the moment of arrival, Mary and our butler, Charles, ensured our comfort and needs were met, including the prompt return of my forgotten belongings which truly showcased their commitment to excellent service. The thoughtful attention to detail was evident in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare a meal, as well as the inviting sitting area that quickly felt like home.
